Another Monday under COVID restrictions! It's time to check in with ourselves. Let's go, let's move! What are some ways you’re moving about this week? Exercise is part of our mental, emotional and physical well-being! Keep on moving, keep on growing, keep on going.
As we continue to maintain social distancing and adhere to stay at home orders, there are many ways we can still maintain self-care. Check in with yourself throughout the day. How are you feeling? Do you need to have quiet time or do you need to reach out to someone, or do you just need to breathe?
Stretching can be great way to release physical tension in our bodies, but it’s also been known to help with mental and emotional tension as well. Find what works for you.
Don’t forget to continue your oral self-care too. Brush twice a day, floss once a day, use your tongue cleaner. Rinse with water after a meal, it can help cleanse food particles from your mouth.
As we continue to practice stay at home orders, we're working diligently at looking at our dental best practices as we resume working, after COVID restrictions. What will that look like? Please know, we'll be taking extra precautions above and beyond are standard hygiene practice for our protection and for our patients. As we know more about COVID, the more we'll know about how best to protect and treat our patients too.
