Congratulations to Paula for being our employee of the month. She's our fabulous registered dental hygienist.

She's been  working in dentistry since 1987 and recently started working at Stefano Dental in 2019. Her goal is to provide preventive dental care and help our patients understand the importance of their dental health as it relates to their overall health. She loves working for Stefano Dental because she likes how the entire staff is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care while improving the smiles of our patients.

She has one grown son and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves traveling, being outdoors and taking long walks on the beaches of Lake Erie.  Lake Erie sunsets are her weakness.

Her positive attitude and charming smile are what so many patients enjoy about her. She always has a great story to tell and is a great listener too.

Whenever you're around Paula, you can't help but smile. Her attention to detail, and clinical expertise make her a great asset to Stefano Dental.

Paula is so popular with patients, and is always encouraging patients to maintain a healthy smile.

Her approach to life is always one of making others feel appreciated. Her warm bedside manner, is why so many patients love her as much as Stefano Dental does.

Lisa was our employee of the month recently. She has been working in dentistry since 2003 and joined the Stefano Dental Team in 2019.  As one of our dental assistants, she absolutely loves to assist our doctors chairside, and to make sure she's doing everything she can for our patients to achieve their dental health goals.

She has two daughters, Mannie and Lauren, and two cuddly pets Minnie and Bun Bun, that she loves to spoil.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing and participating in wine tastings.

Lisa was thrilled to win our employee of the month. She's energetic and full of positive vibes. She loves to connect with the patients and make them smile.

Lisa has been a fantastic edition to our team and brings not only great clinical skill to the team but also great enthusiasm.

She's always looking for ways to help out and help the team work more effectively.

And she's always one to make us laugh too.

Making bikes for foster care kids! Dr. Lata Stefano is back at it, giving back and making a difference. She and her dental at Stefano Dental got together to make bikes for foster care kids. She even had her oldest daughter join in the fun, a student at Huron High School.

Tis the season of giving. Many foster care kids only have a small bag with their belongings and Dr. Lata Stefano helps give them confidence and pride when they're able to donate bikes to foster care kids.

Getting the younger generation involved in the giving is another way Dr. Lata Stefano of Stefano Dental likes to give back.

By inspiring the younger generation, Dr. Lata Stefano is setting up new community leaders to help their community and their peers.

Making bikes can also be a great team building exercise for companies and organizations. It can be a family event, it can be a chance to get your employees together. Making bikes together can enhance communication, negotiation skills, conflict resolution tactics and builds camaraderie too.

If you get a chance to do a team building exercise, think about doing a project for foster care kids.

The expression on the foster care kids' faces when they receive their new bikes, is priceless and so rewarding.

There are so many ways to give back, find someone or something, a cause or person that you might want to help out.

You might make great friendships too that can last a life time, and certainly make a difference in others' lives that will last a lifetime.

Whether it's Make a Vet Smile Day or making bikes for Foster Care Kids, Dr. Lata Stefano of Stefano Dental is always trying to find ways to give back and make people smile.

We're so proud of all of her accomplishments. And what great timing to receive this special note from the State of Ohio House of Representatives. It's Dr. Stefano's birthday this week, and this made her birthday even more special.

Please help us wish her a very, happy birthday during this holiday season. Although Dr. Stefano works to give back from her own personal commitment, she loves to inspire others to give back too. Whether it's helping others, giving money or volunteering your time, there are great and small ways that you can make a difference during this season of giving.

The State of Ohio House of Representatives made it official that Dr. Lata Stefano has and does make a difference in her community and in her life.

We're thrilled to be a part of such a dynamic dental team, and also to be in collaboration with Dr. Stefano's amazing, inspiring energy that never gives up, but just keeps giving back.
