Our Monthly Employee Spotlight: Meet Amy

 

Amy’s position as a financial administrator is to help each of our patients achieve their dental needs and goals.  She works closely with both Dr. Stefano and Dr. Klassen to help provide you with affordable dentistry.  She loves interacting with our patients and getting to know them all better.  She looks forward to each and every day because there is always something new to learn.  Her objective if the make sure every one of our patients have and incredible and rewarding experience.  Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband Tim, children Michelle and Aaron and the spouses.  They are blessed with six beautiful grandchildren, who keep her active.  She enjoys boating, traveling and shopping.

Vermont Chicken
2 Cups    Fresh bread crumbs
½ Cup     Fresh chopped parsley
½ Tsp.     Garlic powder
¾ Cup     Fresh finely grated parmesan cheese
¼ Cup     Melted butter
8-10        Boneless chicken breasts
Salt & Pepper to taste

Sauce:
½ Cup   Melted butter
2 Lemons Juice of the 2 lemons
2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
½ Tsp  Lemon pepper marinade
Mix all ingredients for sauce together. Mix parsley, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese together in a bowl or quart size zip lock bag. Set to the side. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter, then dip in bowl or shake breasts in bread crumbs and lay on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 mins. Flip half way through. Dribble sauce over top of cooked chicken and enjoy!
