This month we're highlighting Montie, our expanded function dental assistant. She always does a fantastic job with connecting with our patients and giving quality service! We're thrilled to have her as employee of the month! Montie is one of our veteran staff members, with almost 20 years of employment.
She assists our doctors with whatever they ask, while maintaining all office procedures. She joined the dental field in 1987 and has been with this practice since 1990. She absolutely loves helping people, and this job is such a rewarding way to go about doing that! Her goal is to give our patients nothing but the best each and every day.
She loves her family, and has been married for more than 25 years. They have three children. Their family enjoys the outdoors and wide open spaces. They are active in sports, and they love spending downtime by the pool or Lake Erie.
Montie always greets her patients with a big smile and has a such a great repertoire with patients too. As a veteran staff member, she often can be seen mentoring fellow staff members or coaching other dental assistants with various tasks.
Montie is a doer. She volunteers to help out when other's are in a bind, and doesn't shy away from hard work.
