Team building.  Companies spend a lot of money, time and different ways working on team building. Here's our tip on team building. Find a team building exercise that helps others.

Stefano Dental made more than 10 bikes for Erie County, Ohio foster care kids. It was a way to work on our own communication, but it was a great way make an impact for kids in need.

Our team started from the nuts and bolts of bike building and worked our way up to a completed bike for kids in need.

You don't need to have all the answers, all of the time. You can start something new, try something new, and end with a great accomplishment. Success is not measured by the amount of attempts.

I don't think any of us were experts at bike assembly. For many of us, it was our first time. But we did it. Together.

One of the greatest things we like about our jobs, is making smiles. And the best smiles are sometimes the ones we make outside of the dental chair.

Several foster care kids of all ages will get a new bike. So many of these kids go with out something to own, and these bikes will be theirs. This bike will be a way for them to socialize, get exercise, and have independence. It will give them smiles.

We're honored and grateful to have this experience. And grateful we can be part of these foster care kids 'smiles.'
