Sharing Ice Cream with Road Crews; Making Smiles

Giving back is so easy when you think of the small ways that you can show some one gratitude.

It was National Ice Cream Month this month...and we decided to thank our road construction crew (that's been working outside our office for the past few months) appreciation by sharing some ice cream treats with them.

Thanks to Kona Ice Cream...we spent an extended lunch break outside our office, sharing ice cream with the road construction crews.

Our staff also enjoyed a picnic lunch, eating ice cream too!

Traffic detours and road closures have become a regular scene at the intersection of Bogart and Campbell Roads. The new roundabout is putting a little stress on everyone's drive.

We decided to make lemonade out of lemons. Instead of complaining about the construction, we decided to to embrace it and acknowledge and appreciate the workers that are doing their job, as we try to do ours as well.

We always say we're in the business of making smiles, and that doesn't just mean in the dental chair.

There are so many ways you can help give smiles too! Whether it's helping a neighbor, supporting a food pantry, doing someone a favor without being asked, or just smiling at someone as you walk by them, any small, kind gesture can have big returns and create even bigger smiles.

Next time you have the opportunity to give a smile, think about paying it forward with some kindness. And remember, random acts of kindness can cost absolutely nothing!
