Roundabouts; Road Detours; Re-Direction

If you've visited Stefano Dental in the last few months, you've noticed the new roundabout in progress. How could you miss it?

It's caused some havoc. Roads are closed. People are having to leave earlier to make appointments, and delays are caused by the many road detours.

The roundabout is going to take a few more months before it's complete. We'll all have to get accustomeed to the new way of getting to our destinations.

Let's face it though. Road closures always feel like an inconvenience. We look forward to returning to 'normal.'

We'll be lightening the mood in July with the roundabout construction crew...bringing ice cream to everyone! Who doesn't love ice cream? When patients, staff and road crews can share a dish of ice cream together, we remember that we're all just people doing our jobs, going about our days, trying to get places.

Road closures and road detours are sometimes like life. Things happen and get in our way. People interrupt us. Kids cause us to change our plans. Bosses make us do something different than we had initially planned. We find the path we had planned for the day went completely different than what we had thought.

Maybe we meet new people along that new way, that new path. Maybe we learned to do something a new way, maybe we needed a new view or to be reminded of what's important.

Detours can sometimes be inconveient, but sometimes they're exactly what we need.
